Atty. Ner is the Acting Chief of Staff of Government Corporate Counsel Rogelio V. Quevedo (GCC Quevedo). She is in charge of all legal and administrative documents and communications, including the preparation of letters, Office Orders and Memorandums which are for approval and signature of GCC. She is also involved in the study and discussions about relevant contract reviews, opinions and cases for approval and signature of GCC.
