Atty. Legislador-Lopez’s expertise in corporate and tax law was developed when she started her legal career with the Securities and Exchange Commission, strengthened by her work experience with Sycip Gorres Velayo (SGV) & Company where she handled corporate and tax matters of various multinational clients and further supplemented by her work experience as internal legal counsel and eventually as part of management of a group of companies engaged in management of distressed assets where she was exposed to various financing structures.
