Biographical Info

Francis became a lawyer in 2018. He earned his Juris Doctor and Bachelor’s degree from the University of the Philippines. Francis has an LL.M. degree in International Economic and Business Law from Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan. He also has a Diploma in European Studies from the same university. Francis has a Level I Accreditation in Arbitration from the Office of the Alternative Dispute Resolution.
