Amendment To Order
Pursuant to Annex “D” or the Contract Implementation Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Supplies, and Materials of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, and taking into consideration the urgency and necessity of the filing cabinets for use of OGCC’s legal staff and administrative personnel, this Amendment to Order is hereby issued.
