Reginald Jeremy I. Wan currently serves as an Assistant Government Corporate Counsel (AGCC) at the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel (OGCC), where he contributes to the legal representation and advisory functions for government-owned and controlled corporations of Team 9.

Before entering government service, Atty. Wan gained extensive legal experience in both international and local settings. He trained with Luostarinen Mettala Raikkonen Law Offices in Helsinki, where he was exposed to European legal frameworks and cross-border legal matters. In the Philippines, he practiced with respected law firms including Tan & Venturanza Law Offices and Abejo & Balbastro Law Offices, handling a diverse range of legal issues involving litigation, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
