Atty. Kathrina Maria A. Reyes earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Santo Tomas and holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in International Business, from Assumption College, San Lorenzo, Makati City. She achieved an academic distinction as a Dean’s Lister during her College years, reflecting her commitment to excellence early in her legal career.

Atty. Reyes began her professional journey in public service at the Sandiganbayan, where she served as Court Attorney from 2006 to 2011. She subsequently joined the Office of the President as Technical Assistant to the Deputy Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs, providing critical legal support in matters of national importance. In December 2011, she was appointed Government Corporate Attorney at the OGCC, a role she held for more than a decade. Over the years, she rendered invaluable legal services to numerous government-owned and controlled corporations, sharpening her expertise in corporate governance, litigation, and dispute resolution.

In May 2023, Atty. Reyes was appointed as Assistant Government Corporate Counsel, a position that underscores her long-standing dedication to the legal profession and the public sector. Her extensive experience in litigation, corporate legal affairs, and government service continues to strengthen the institutional mandate of the OGCC as the principal law office of government corporations.

Outside her professional life, she is an avid diver and a member of the Philippine Association of Divers, Inc., demonstrating her passion and discipline in endeavoring beyond her legal practice.

Through her proven competence, integrity, and steadfast commitment to public service, Atty. Reyes stands as a vital pillar of the OGCC in advancing its mission to protect and uphold the interests of the Government.
