AGCC Melissa F. Montecillo-Acorda is currently the Team Leader of the OGCC Banking and Finance Team and heads the OGCC Task Force on Public-Private Partnerships. Apart from the Finance sector, she handled the legal affairs of clients across sectors to include those in the energy and transportation sectors and economic zones in her time at the OGCC. She has experience in both foreign and domestic litigation, rehabilitation and insolvency proceedings, and arbitration.

AGCC Montecillo-Acorda graduated with a degree in Education and Psychology at the University of the Philippines. She graduated salutatorian at the Far Eastern University School of Law while working for the Senate of the Philippines. Her previous duties included the management of the Committees on National Defense, Education, and Government Corporations and Public Enterprises under the tutelage of then Senator Juan Ponce Enrile. She is educated under the Executive Finance Program of the University of Oxford, the Leadership Program of the Harvard Kennedy School, and shall continue to specialize in international trade at The Hague Academy of International Law.
