Atty. Basilia S. Serrano-Angeles is the Assistant Government Corporate Counsel (AGCC) and Team Leader of Team 3 – Energy Sector of the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel (OGCC). As AGCC, Atty. Serrano-Angeles is primarily tasked to assist the Government Corporate Counsel in supervising the legal departments or divisions of government corporations, particularly those in the Energy Sector.

Leveraging more than twenty-two (22) years in the legal profession, Atty. Serrano-Angeles handles various cases, provides legal opinions, and drafts and reviews contracts for the Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC), Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM), National Electrification Administration (NEA), National Transmission Corporation (TransCo), and National Power Corporation (NPC), among other government corporations. Her practice further encompasses international commercial arbitration and sophisticated legal matters involving the energy industry.

Behind her lady boss persona, however, Atty. Serrano-Angeles, also known as ”Cess” to her peers, is a beautiful and loving wife, mother, fur mommy, and friend.
