Fitting to its 90th Anniversary Celebration, the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel (OGCC) was successful in maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 Certification for its provision of contract review and rendition of legal opinion.

The OGCC, led by our Quality Management Representative (QMR), Assistant Government Corporate Counsel (AGCC) Jonathan C. Nicolas and Internal Quality Audit Lead Auditor, Government Corporate Attorney (GCA) Belen O. Salumbides, was able to pass the Recertification Audit conducted by DQS Certification Philippines Inc. (DQS Philippines) on 7 November 2025, and the ISO 9001:2015 Certification was issued on 25 November 2025.

DQS Philippines commended the OGCC for a well-established document control process and effective monitoring, among others, showing the OGCC’s continued commitment to provide quality, efficient, and effective legal services to all government corporations.
